The Spanish Center for the Documentation of Disabilities (aka CEDD) is a center reliant on the  Royal Patronage of Disability administrated by the Eguía-Careaga Foundation.

The goal of the CEDD web site is to provide documents, information and research services developed by CEDD in the study of disabilities.

The CEDD owns the rights of intellectual property of images, logos, texts, designs and any other type of content or element included in this web site or, when not owned, has all permissions and licenses to use them. It is forbidden to reproduce, distribute, commercialize or transform them without previous written consent from CEDD managers.

CEDD declines all responsibilities derived from an improper use of these contents and keeps the right to modify them (eliminate or restrict totally or partially) with no previous notice.

CEDD is not responsible for any content accessible through links to web pages of third parties or any other external reference to different information sources. They remain only information for reference.

CEDD is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences that may be caused by the accuracy of the contents published in the web site.

According to the Organic Law 15/1999 from December 13th on personal Data Protection and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the European Council from April 27th 2016 on the protection of individuals in relationship to the treatment of personal data (RGDP), personal data will be incorporated to files under the property of the Royal Patronage of Disability, whose mission is to manage requests and inquiries, including sending communications and the providing of requested services.   

To provide the above mentioned services, in particular sending publications, information or bulletins, this organization transfers all data to the Foundation Eguía-Careaga, the entity that manages the CEDD.

In order to exert the rights of access, rectification, cancelation or opposition observed by the law, the user should write the Royal Patronage of Disability (Serrano, 140. 28006 Madrid) and include the following: first and last names, address for notifications, detailed request, date and signature.
